What you'll do

• Schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and recall services
• assist with vehicle purchases, replacements, and fleet software updates
• maintain inventory of parts, tires, fuel, and shop fluids
• make local parts runs
• review DOT regulations and maintain vehicle and driver documentation
• coordinate with mechanics, contractors, and vendors
• assist members and the public with fleet inquiries
• maintain databases and follow safety protocols.
