Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor works onsite in Gulf Shores, AL. Compensation is $16 per hour. The role supports the Beach Club’s Village Mercantile and Creamery, helping provide guests with shopping and dining experiences. The supervisor oversees retail staff and supports daily shop operations, including guest service, sanitation, transactions, merchandising, inventory, and opening and closing procedures. The role helps maintain service standards across the retail and ice cream shop.

What you'll do

• Oversee the retail team and guest service
• ensure guests are greeted and assisted promptly
• follow sanitation standards
• answer calls and provide information about the Beach Club and services
• ensure accurate transactions and cash handling
• restock and merchandise supplies
• assist with inventory
• support the retail and ice cream shops
• complete opening and closing procedures using the POS system.
