The Developer Social & Content Manager works onsite in Seattle, WA, full time; compensation is $130,000–$160,000 per year plus bonus. The manager owns organic social channels and creates technically accurate, platform-native content to build an engaged audience among AI, machine-learning, and infrastructure professionals and communicate Crusoe’s work.

What you'll do

• Manage social strategy, calendar, publishing, and performance reporting across channels
• shoot and edit short-form video onsite
• launch TikTok and create content for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
• translate technical material into social content
• build creator and journalist relationships
• develop social funnels and user-generated content
• monitor relevant conversations
• coordinate with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
• track engagement, reach, share of voice, and follower growth.
