What you'll do

• Advise business owners on financial performance, cash flow, and operational strategy
• provide outsourced CFO-level analysis, forecasting, and recommendations
• optimize accounting workflows
• develop client relationships and support business development
• lead monthly close and financial statement review
• ensure GAAP and industry-specific compliance
• supervise and develop accounting staff
• meet reporting deadlines
• manage accounting systems including QuickBooks, Sage, Spectrum/Viewpoint, and Procore.
