Guest Services Agent

The Guest Services Agent role is an onsite, in-person position at Bossa House in Miami Beach, FL. Compensation is $18 per hour. The role supports guest satisfaction through accurate front-desk service, responsive assistance, local recommendations, and coordination with hotel departments.

What you'll do

• Greet guests
• complete check-in and check-out procedures
• respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions
• coordinate with departments to meet guest needs
• process payments and billing
• maintain the front desk and lobby
• assist with concierge services, transportation, and special requests
• protect guest privacy
• anticipate guest needs
• and assist VIP guests and special accommodations.

Why this role
