What you'll do

• Respond to group inquiries by phone and email
• prepare quotes and explain accommodations, park tickets, packages, meeting spaces, rates, policies, and payment requirements
• follow up with leads
• create, modify, and cancel reservations
• maintain group records and special requests
• coordinate with hotel and park departments
• check in groups, distribute tickets and wristbands, and support arrival procedures
• meet sales goals.
