Material Handler

The Material Handler role is onsite in Utica, NY. Pay is $22–$23 per hour. The role supports the Brewing/Batching process at FX Matt Saranac Brewing Co, a family-owned brewery based in Utica. The handler receives, stages, tracks, and delivers ingredients and materials in accurate quantities to support production. Careful inventory documentation, GMP checks, and coordination with departments help maintain product quality and avoid production delays.

What you'll do

• Deliver and recover materials for brewing and batching
• unload incoming materials and ingredients
• verify GMP standards and labeling
• prepare and load materials for shipment when required
• track material movements in a computerized management system
• coordinate timely dispatch and receipt
• maintain accurate inventory and identify discrepancies
• operate a forklift as part of material handling.
