What you'll do

• Oversee medical standards and quality of care
• set medical policies
• see patients
• support communication and transfer of patient care
• review records and controlled drug practices
• conduct doctor meetings
• address patient care, client, and referral partner concerns
• monitor and coach veterinarian performance
• mentor staff veterinarians
• lead DVM candidate interviews
• identify service opportunities
• monitor practice performance with the Hospital Manager
• support compliance with veterinary practice, OSHA, and AAHA standards.
