What you'll do

• Room patients, obtain vital signs and medical histories, and prepare them for visits
• assist providers during exams and procedures
• document patient information in the EHR
• clean and disinfect exam rooms and manage inventory
• process instruments using an autoclave
• collect, label, and prepare lab specimens
• communicate with patients, families, and care teams
• assist with scheduling, referrals, and inquiries as needed
• support quality improvement, compliance, and community engagement
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
