What you'll do

• Provide diagnostic guidance for complex field concerns
• validate containment and corrective solutions
• perform advanced diagnostics with Engineering
• document field issues and supporting data
• escalate critical concerns
• maintain Issue Master records
• participate in root-cause and corrective-action reviews
• gather customer input and translate operating conditions into technical insights
• support early-warning activities for selected new-launch fleets.
