What you'll do

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing nursing care and services
• help ensure nursing staff provide quality care that meets company and regulatory standards
• assist with recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, and retention as needed
• assist with scheduling and rounds
• support accurate charting and medication and treatment documentation
• may assist with quality assurance, infection control, and staff development
• help develop staffing plans and schedules
• complete required forms and documents
• may occasionally perform patient care duties.
