What you'll do

• Coordinate multiple construction projects
• communicate among clients, general contractors, project managers, field supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and office staff
• review plans, specifications, contracts, proposals, scopes, and project documents
• review CAD/shop drawings
• track RFIs, submittals, approvals, revisions, and change orders
• assist with scheduling and coordination of manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and field activities
• monitor progress and communicate delays or conflicts
• maintain project files and correspondence
• coordinate meetings, inspections, and deliveries
• support change-order documentation.
