• Lead the enterprise IAM roadmap and governance
• drive OAuth consent strategy
• architect identity federation and SSO across cloud environments and partner ecosystems
• streamline workforce lifecycle workflows with HR and IT teams
• define operational SLAs and KPIs
• establish identity governance for human and non-human identities
• standardize SCIM provisioning
• manage Okta enterprise capabilities
• mentor and manage an IAM engineering team.
