What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and building perimeters
• monitor access points and visitor activity and verify credentials as required
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
