What you'll do

• Explain ACA Marketplace plan options and features, including premiums, deductibles, copays, networks, and prescription coverage
• assess individual and family coverage needs
• guide consumers through applications and enrollment
• provide consultative customer service and follow up as required
• maintain accurate customer and enrollment records
• meet sales, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience expectations
• comply with CMS, Marketplace, carrier, licensing, and company requirements
• maintain required licenses and credentials
• participate in training and team meetings.
