What you'll do

• Check in and check out patients
• schedule appointments
• answer phones and enter data in Epic EPM/EHR
• communicate wait times and walk-in availability
• assess eligibility for funding and insurance programs
• collect payments and provide financial counseling
• support enrollment in state programs
• complete registration and consent forms
• handle medical record requests
• protect patient privacy
• reconcile billing and support revenue-cycle goals.
