Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee construction projects, schedules, and budgets
• prepare bids, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents
• secure permits and file required paperwork
• review plans for compliance
• coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and the agency
• follow applicable building codes and department policies.
