What you'll do

• Perform assigned raw-processing tasks, which may include unloading and preparing meat, sealing and stacking bags, loading and monitoring tempering houses, staging thawed meat, preparing spices and batches, maintaining work areas and equipment, preparing meat samples for lab analysis, and supplying production workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, good manufacturing practice, and safety procedures.

Why this role
