Program Manager — Federal Trade Commission Cloud Data Platform

Job overview

The Program Manager role is onsite in Washington, DC. Pay is $150,000–$160,000 per year. The role supports the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Economics Cloud Data Platform Support Services program. As the contractor’s primary management representative, the Program Manager oversees contract performance and coordinates technical, security, and operational workstreams. The role supports successful task-order execution through schedule and cost oversight, stakeholder communication, quality management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact
• manage contract performance, schedule, and deliverables
• coordinate cloud, cybersecurity, and data engineering teams
• communicate with FTC stakeholders
• prepare status reports and meeting materials
• track metrics and milestones
• maintain the Quality Control Plan and risk register
• monitor SLA compliance
• track corrective actions
• escalate issues and develop mitigation plans.
