What you'll do

• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, meals, toileting, bathing, skin care, dressing, and hygiene
• collect specimens and record intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe residents and report changes or unusual findings to the charge nurse
• maintain records, clean equipment, and follow policies and confidentiality requirements.
