What you'll do

• Contact patients or responsible parties about outstanding balances and payment arrangements
• follow up on past-due accounts and document activity
• review balances and payment history
• reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
• maintain accounts receivable records
• prepare recurring reports using Excel and other systems
• collaborate with Billing, Revenue Cycle, and Customer Service
• and protect sensitive financial information.
