The CNA provides resident-centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. By assisting with daily living, mobility, safety, comfort, and documentation across multiple care settings, the role supports residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• support mobility, safety, and comfort
• provide basic restorative and nursing care services
• observe and report changes in resident conditions
• maintain required documentation
• support individualized care plans and resident preferences
• follow Minnesota Department of Health standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies.
