Resident Engineer

Job overview

Compensation is $115,000–$200,000 per year. The Resident Engineer works onsite in New York, NY, with projects in the greater New York City metropolitan area. What you'll do

• Review construction management team performance and deliverables
• document project risks
• process invoices, shop drawings, RFIs, permits, change orders, and subcontractor approvals
• manage project documentation tools, schedule, safety, budget, and staffing
• coordinate with operating staff and project stakeholders
• and facilitate project closeout.
