The RN assesses residents, develops and updates individualized care plans, provides nursing interventions, and supervises nursing personnel. The role contributes to resident safety, quality of care, and physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive resident health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• oversee and evaluate nursing interventions
• provide direct nursing care including IV administration and PICC line care
• document care and medications
• maintain infection control and safety standards
• supervise, delegate to, and support nursing staff
• coordinate staffing, shift reports, incidents, and emergency procedures
• uphold resident rights, HIPAA, and Minnesota Board of Nursing standards.
