The Warehouse Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $56,000–$58,000 per year. Work schedules may vary Monday through Saturday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, based on workload and the General Manager. MAC.BID buys customer returns and overstock products and sells them individually to the public through online auctions. The Assistant General Manager works with the General Manager to oversee warehouse operations, departments, and personnel, and acts as General Manager in the manager’s absence. The role supports safe, efficient operations, team performance, and customer and supplier needs while helping meet division metrics and budget goals.

What you'll do

• Assist in managing operations for safety, quality, and efficiency
• collaborate on staffing and personnel decisions
• report OSHA and workers’ compensation incidents and time off to HR
• meet division metrics and budget goals
• train, supervise, and guide team members
• oversee division safety and workspace care
• communicate with team members, customers, and suppliers
• monitor morale and continuous improvement
• perform other tasks as required.
