What you'll do

• Assist with affordable housing recertifications and compliance
• maintain waiting lists and resident files
• coordinate resident information collection, interviews, and inspections
• calculate income, assets, and rent
• help resolve complaints and violations
• assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance coordination
• prepare and execute lease agreements
• support financial procedures and recordkeeping.
