Patient Services Manager

What you'll do

• Hire, lead, coach, train, and develop team members
• manage evaluations and disciplinary actions
• coordinate staff schedules
• oversee patient food service needs based on medical direction, patient population, and contract requirements
• ensure dietary restrictions are followed
• conduct patient visits
• maintain food production, handling, and quality standards
• support regulatory compliance, infection control, safety, quality improvement, documentation, confidentiality, and cross-functional communication.
