What you'll do

• Help prepare personnel, equipment, and supplies
• assign employee duties and encourage teamwork
• communicate menu items and promotions
• assist with new-hire orientation and refresher training
• supervise performance and policy adherence
• review time cards and adjust schedules
• enforce portion control
• check deliveries for accuracy and quality
• handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
