What you'll do

• Maintain work activity and processes to support timely eligibility certification
• retrieve and forward requested records and information
• analyze and follow up on special requests and adjustments
• communicate proactively with patients or representatives about account progress
• screen for potential third-party resource eligibility
• coordinate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and hospital business-office staff
• explain eligibility and verification requirements
• document patient information and work activity
• process accounts according to program standards and applicable regulations.
