The Vice President of Operations — Colocation Data Centers role is onsite in Chantilly, VA. The stated salary range is $180,000–$230,000 per year. The role supports H5 Data Centers’ colocation data center facilities and their operational service delivery. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this leader directs facility operations and teams, maintaining reliability, security, compliance, and customer service while managing budgets, risk, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Set operational direction and standards for colocation data centers
• oversee power, cooling, networking, and security infrastructure
• coordinate with engineering, facilities, and construction teams on maintenance and expansion
• implement safety, energy-efficiency, sustainability, and environmental practices
• maintain service availability and reliability against SLAs
• monitor operational metrics and customer satisfaction
• develop and manage operating and capital budgets
• manage operational risks and compliance
• recruit, train, and mentor operations teams.
