What you'll do

• Design and improve the company context and knowledge graph
• review agent outputs and prioritize context fixes
• partner with subject-matter experts to build and maintain agents, skills, prompts, and workflows
• design integrations and implementation plans
• maintain connectors, APIs, and semantic-search patterns
• establish evaluation practices
• administer AI and collaboration platforms
• apply access, monitoring, security, privacy, and change-control practices
• maintain documentation and incident-response procedures.
