What you'll do

• Lead and assign daily team tasks
• assist with supervisory duties and performance evaluations
• perform or assign preventive maintenance and work orders
• conduct safety sweeps and training
• support equipment repair issue resolution
• source and control tools, equipment, and spare parts
• manage maintenance schedules and projects
• oversee onsite contractors’ compliance with safety and environmental requirements
• perform hands-on maintenance work.
