The Field Support Manager Executions is an onsite role based in Tallahassee, FL, with a salary range of $110,000–$115,000 per year. This position supports operations across the Southeast/South FL regions, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Puerto Rico. The role exists to provide process management and support for all reset projects. By managing forecasting, budgeting, and operational metrics, the manager ensures merchandising business goals are met and shareholder value is created.

What you'll do

• Participate in annual project budget preparation.
• Evaluate project cost/benefit analysis and inventory purchasing.
• Provide business process requirements for activities including logistics and systems.
• Perform financial analysis and root cause analysis for executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to execute merchandising initiatives.
