Resident Care Assistant — Overnight

The Resident Care Assistant role is in person at one location in Millis, MA. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. Awenasa Home provides residential care in assisted living, group home, and long-term-care settings. The assistant supports residents with daily care, medication management under applicable rules, mobility, meals, and activities while working with the nursing team. What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility
• manage medications according to rules and regulations after training
• engage residents in conversation and activities
• coordinate with the nursing team
• maintain a safe and tidy work environment and resident rooms
• and help with cooking, cleaning, and minor maintenance as needed.
