What you'll do
- Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health
- administer medications and treatments
- provide person-centered nursing care and wound care

- coordinate hospital transfers and medical appointments
- collaborate with the Healthcare Coordinator, CNAs, and contracted staff
- support staff as needed
