The coordinator provides planning and administrative support for the Childhood Ministry Team and other Church Strong Team ministries. Event coordination, communications, records, and compliance support help the teams deliver ministry programs and meet operational needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with event preparation and promotion, including materials and mailing lists
• create and distribute promotional emails and social media content
• maintain participant and ministry contact lists
• support event registration and budget monitoring
• provide administrative and telecommunications support
• process checks, invoices, reimbursements, and travel expenses
• assist with Bible Drill competitions and monthly gatherings
• support childhood ministry certification promotion, registration, and reporting
• administer MinistrySafe compliance for the Church Strong Team.
