What you'll do
- Configure and maintain Wrike account settings, templates, custom fields, item types, and user groups
- develop organization-wide usage practices
- and lead the Wrike Governance Council. Manage licenses, permissions, user groups, offboarding, dashboards, and quarterly license audits. Help teams design workspaces, dashboards, reports, and request forms
- train and support users
- analyze workflows
- troubleshoot basic issues
- support technology integrations and rollouts
- and collaborate with IT on complex technical problems.
