The Construction Project Manager, Industrial and Commercial role is an onsite position in Houston, Texas. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 per year. The role supports a growing general contractor focused primarily on large-scale industrial projects. The project manager leads ground-up construction projects from estimating and scheduling through subcontractor coordination, client communication, and closeout. The role works with superintendents and field teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, and in accordance with jobsite safety and quality expectations.
