What you'll do

• Lead domestic and family law matters
• develop case strategy and counsel clients
• draft and file pleadings
• manage discovery
• handle motions and briefs
• negotiate and mediate
• conduct hearings and appear in Virginia state courts
• supervise junior associates and/or paralegals. Requires active Virginia Bar admission and at least three years of relevant experience, with five or more preferred.
