The Data Governance & Analytics Professional role is hybrid, with 3–4 days onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is $70–$75 per hour on a W-2 basis. The role supports marketing analytics data quality and reporting for the client. The position establishes governance standards and scalable quality processes so marketing data pipelines and reporting remain accurate, compliant, trustworthy, and ready for business use. It partners across analytics, engineering, legal, privacy, product, and finance to resolve data issues and improve reporting effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Define data governance standards, policies, and practices
• own data-quality QA, monitoring, validation, and escalation
• ensure accuracy and completeness across marketing data sources, reports, and dashboards
• oversee automated data workflows
• partner with engineering on governed pipelines
• address lineage, access controls, and compliance questions
• investigate recurring issues and drive corrective solutions
• maintain governance documentation and data dictionaries
• mentor analysts
• conduct ad hoc analyses.
