Under the general direction of the Director of Laboratory Services, the Blood Bank Supervisor provides leadership to the section staff & oversight for the operations. Serves as a facilitator, organizational liaison, technical advisor & mentor for the staff. Problem solves & resolves issues related to staffing & operations. Manages the financial requirements for designated laboratory programs.
