What you'll do

• Lead and develop the maintenance team
• oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• respond to critical equipment failures
• ensure safe operation of ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and plant utilities
• manage CMMS work orders and reporting
• drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• plan and schedule work
• manage spare parts
• ensure OSHA and GMP compliance
• and partner with engineering, production, and leadership on reliability and improvement initiatives.
