Onsite IT Support Technician

The Onsite IT Support Technician role is onsite in Irvine, CA. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour. MetroSys is seeking a primary onsite IT resource for end users and office infrastructure in a corporate enterprise environment. The technician keeps users and workplace technology operational by troubleshooting endpoints and connectivity, supporting office infrastructure, managing device lifecycles, and coordinating with remote engineering teams and service providers.

What you'll do

• Provide support for Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, operating-system, and network issues
• provision and deprovision devices and accounts
• support office networking and conference-room technology
• inventory, deploy, audit, and retire devices
• maintain tickets and documentation
• assist with office moves and IT projects.
