What you'll do

• Determine field staffing needs and assign work
• supervise, coordinate, and schedule field personnel and subcontractors
• plan project phases with project and operations managers
• inspect and report labor time
• monitor jobsite safety and conduct weekly toolbox talks
• report incidents
• support OSHA compliance
• train field personnel
• maintain cost and labor reports, purchase orders, and rental logs
• maintain equipment
• and inspect work for contract, quality, and safety compliance.
