What you'll do

• Provide customer service to internal and external guests at the casino cage
• process chip cash-outs, gaming voucher redemptions, currency exchanges, and guest checks
• count and verify cash
• validate vouchers
• verify identification and eligibility for check cashing
• maintain transaction records and balance the cash drawer
• answer guest questions
• communicate with cage cashiers, supervisors, and casino team members
• handle financial information confidentially
• participate in ongoing training.
