Senior Event Technology Manager, Field Events

The Senior Event Technology Manager, Field Events role is onsite in Providence, RI, with compensation of $67.52 per hour. The role is part of Global Events and supports field event teams and stakeholders with digital and in-person event technology. As a subject matter expert and product owner, this role leads planning and execution of event technology solutions to improve customer experiences. It coordinates platforms, integrations, standards, and reporting across the event lifecycle and works with marketing, operations, and analytics partners.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with field events and marketing teams on digital experiences
• review event programs and deployments
• develop technical standards and best practices
• drive adoption of processes, documentation, and vendor partnerships
• advise on marketing, registration, payment, content management, meetings, mobile apps, and virtual event systems
• lead field event technology planning and onsite operations
• define requirements and document technical strategies
• oversee event technology integrations and data flows
• develop API integrations, website configurations, and branding
• align reporting with event platforms and performance tracking.
