Shipping & Receiving Associate – 1st Shift

Job overview

The Shipping & Receiving Associate role is onsite in Bethlehem, PA, Monday–Friday on first shift, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or until completion; compensation is $19–$21 per hour. RJ Schinner distributes paper goods, foodservice packaging, and cleaning supplies. The associate receives, moves, picks, packs, and prepares products for shipment while maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records and following warehouse safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts, including stand-up forklifts and order pickers
• use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• receive, pick, and transport products
• stack, palletize, tote, and store products
• document shipping, receiving, and inventory
• maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• follow safety protocols
• check powered equipment.
