What you'll do
- Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from surveys, CRM systems, program databases, spreadsheets, and external sources
- document datasets and support data governance, privacy, and ethical use
- conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses across programs, fundraising, engagement, and operations
- evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes
- develop evaluation rubrics
- design and analyze surveys
- review studies and provide recommendations
- create dashboards, visualizations, and reports
- translate findings into accessible narratives
- partner across departments to define analytical approaches
- present findings in reports, slide decks, and presentations
- identify improvements to data systems, workflows, and reporting.
