What you'll do

• Troubleshoot industrial plant mechanical systems including chillers, air handlers, air distribution, controls, VFDs, pumps, and exhaust fans
• perform system walkdowns and record operating data
• maintain DI water, waste treatment, nitrogen, and chiller plants
• perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, water, compressed air, vacuum, controls, and life safety systems
• research parts vendors and provide quotes
• install mechanical systems
• support construction and modification projects.
