Salesforce Developer

Job overview

The Salesforce Developer role is hybrid, with five onsite days in Westlake, TX every other week. The rate is $50–$65 per hour on a W-2 basis. The developer supports a healthcare-focused Medicare Services platform and its digital customer engagement modernization. The role designs and enhances Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including integrations, email assets, and user interface components. Collaboration with technology leaders, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps helps deliver reliable platform improvements and application architecture.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for Medicare Services initiatives across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• build and optimize Marketing Cloud Journeys, Email Studio assets, templates, Content Builder, and Marketing Cloud Connect
• develop Apex classes, triggers, and custom APIs
• use Salesforce and REST APIs
• create responsive emails and UI components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript based on Figma designs
• collaborate with stakeholders, technology leadership, product, and DevOps
• apply SDLC, change management, GitHub, and DevOps practices
• contribute to application architecture and integration patterns.
